Like a good recipe, there is intentionality and a process. The details and quality ingredients matter.
I like to think of myself as a “Creative Connoisseur.” Ever since I can remember, I’ve always enjoyed getting crafty and taking risks in the kitchen. As I’ve grown in my design career, I’ve enjoyed seeing the parallels between baking something delicious and also delivering high-quality designs to my clients.
When I cook and when I design, I care about the details. I like to spice things up and sprinkle in creativity. I try to plate the dishes to show off each element, so they look as wonderful as they taste. I’m not afraid to take chances and mix things up by swapping ingredients or thinking outside the box. Sure, sometimes things don’t turn out as planned, but that’s what makes experimenting in design and in the kitchen fun.
